∰ (U+2230 VOLUME INTEGRAL) is a math operator from the Mathematical Operators block (Unicode 1.1). It looks like three integral signs, each with a ring through it. That's exactly how Unicode defines it: its compatibility decomposition is three ∮ CONTOUR INTEGRAL signs. Under NFKC normalization, ∰ becomes "∮∮∮".
That places ∰ at the top of a neat pattern. The ringed integrals step up just as the plain ones do:
